Stages we teach

1. Noorani Qaida: the letters, joining them and the basic sounds, for complete beginners.
2. Nazra: reading the Quran from the page with correct pronunciation (makharij), fluently and steadily.
3. Tajweed: improving recitation with the rules of tajweed, for children who already read, and for adults.
4. Hifz support: revision at home alongside a madrasa or hifz class: the day’s new lesson (sabaq), recent lessons (sabqi) and older portions (manzil).

Male and female teachers

You choose. If you ask for a female Quran teacher, we match only female teachers, for girls and for women. For boys, families choose either. Whatever you choose, a guardian must be at home during every class, and any complaint means the teacher is suspended at once while we look into it.

Want to improve your Nazra or learn Tajweed as an adult, privately and at home? We arrange female teachers for adult women, at home or online, at the times that work for your household. It is the same service, with the same checks and the same free demo class.

At home or online

Home classes suit younger children, who learn best with the teacher sitting beside them. Online classes (a video call at a fixed time) suit adults, older students and families outside our five home-tuition areas. Online has no area limit.

How we check Quran teachers

The same checks as every tutor: a CNIC copy and the original seen at the interview, the latest degree or result, two references who are not relatives, and an interview. For Quran teachers we also ask for a sanad or ijazah if they have one (it is not required), and the name of the madrasa or teacher they studied with. At the interview the teacher recites a short passage with tajweed and explains how they would teach Nazra to a beginner child. Every step of our checks.

Fees

Registration is Rs 0. You and the teacher agree the monthly fee (by days per week and class length). Qutbnuma’s share is 50% of the first month’s fee only, and nothing after that. Our fees & guarantee.
