How it works for tutors
Apply once
Fill the tutor application: areas, levels, subjects, availability and expected fee.
Get checked
A short interview, your CNIC, degree or result, and two references. We never charge for this.
We match you
When a family near you needs your subjects, we contact you and arrange a free demo class.
Teach and get paid
Our share is 50% of the first month’s fee (35% for a short course). From month 2 the full fee is yours, paid to you directly.
Scam warning: “tuition jobs without investment”
A real placement service does not ask you to pay before you get a tuition. Be careful of anyone who asks for:
- a “registration fee” or “form fee”
- a “security deposit”
- payment to join a WhatsApp group of tuition leads
Qutbnuma charges Rs 0 to join. We only receive our share after a family has confirmed you, and only with an Order ID.
Safety for female tutors
A guardian must be at home during every class. Before a first visit, tell someone where you are going, and tell us at once if anything feels wrong; leave first and call 15 in an emergency.
Who can apply
- University students and graduates who can teach Class 1–8, Matric, Inter or O/A Level subjects.
- Experienced teachers from schools or academies looking for home or online tuition.
- Female tutors: families can ask for a lady tutor, and then we match only female tutors.
- Quran teachers for Noorani Qaida, Nazra, Tajweed and Hifz support. A sanad or ijazah is welcome but not required.
